FirstVet provides a video-conferencing veterinary experience and exists in 7 countries and counting. FirstVet also has an online store with products recommended by vets.
Diggiloo is one of Sweden's most beloved road tours. It travels around the entire country and is also televised twice per year. The project is continuously ongoing, but major work was done in Oct-Dec 2017 when a large amount of the codebase was re-written in order to further the SEO and overall speed of the site. Focus still lies on generating the output code quickly and efficiently, ensuring high rankings in SERPs and making sure the site is easily maintained by staff.
Consensus is an investment bank that, as of this writing, manages one of the top funds in the Nordics. Their clients rely on their reporting and their data in order to make informed decisions. Thus, the data accuracy and the presentation are incredibly important. This job is made even more complicated with the fact that different funds are traded differently and on different timescales. I created an integration engine in PHP, which has proven incredibly stable and fast, allowing Consensus to display their fund data in a consistent, reliable and accurate way. Consensus is also able to directly manage their data points from within their backend to ensure that the integration is running correctly, and make corrections if necessary. The website was re-designed in late 2020, with final touches being launched in February of 2021.
What started out as a fun session from the beginning has since their first epic single ”När vi gräver guld i USA” established itself in the Swedish people’s soul as one of our big supergroups. When they now decided to go on tour once again Patrik was the one that got the trust to build the tour site (www.ges.se) for the famous group.
LKAB handles website requests from over a hundred countries every day. It's important that the site loads quickly and reliably regardless of where the request is coming from. To accomplish this, we decided that code efficiency was a top priority. On top of this, an efficient cache system was implemented and configured for the many types of scenarios and templates that the site uses. This is a continuous project with many incremental changes being done over time.
Biotech is a company housed in Onsala, Sweden, with a firm grasp on their narrow market segment. Being one out of only three resellers of IDEX products in the entire world, as well as having the de-facto standard in Degassing, the company is well respected. Patrik created the website based on the ’X’ framework, essentially working within that scaffold. This ensured that Biotech could continue adding to the site long after I was done, whilst maintaining the same rigid code structure and not end up in a non-upgradable system.
SGN Sport, which consists of Team Sportia and Sportringen among others, are some of Sweden's largest sports retailers with around 200 stores spread throughout the country. When it came time to digitalise the trade with sports clubs, they chose to build a multisite solution in WordPress and React.js. A major focus was to make the solution simple and manageable not only for the end customers, but also for administrators of the clubs as well as in stores, in order to reduce support and service costs.
MCV has thousands of artists connected to their organization. All artists are able to log in, change their information and add/remove/change their own events. The site is built on WordPress. We created a custom user role system and locked down the artists' abilities so that they could only manage the information they were supposed to. This included restricting their ability to create categories, tags, genres etc.
We created the Hockeystore and Spobik eCommerce platform and assisted in the creation of the integration. The design was built based on their existing profile and was matched with their physical store. Also maintained Cykelkraft as a PHP developer and managed all of their domains and the DNS with automatic failover.
Joe Labero is one of the great magicians currently active. With several shows in Las Vegas under his belt, he's become a household name both in Sweden, as well as abroad.
Hammar is in the sea safety industry. They are the de facto standard when it comes to Hydrostatic Release Units with some 90% market share. This project started out, as so many others, as a small project. The design was done by Accent Branding. Hammar quickly grew the project as they realized what was possible. I ended up coding an entire catalogue system with product filtering from scratch, which is still running smoothly several years later. A recent addition is the WooCommerce-driven e-store.
Badfabriken is a challenger to the status quo within the Swedish Home Spa industry. The website was created in order to support the Blocket-store which, after launch of the website and the brand, became very successful. Badfabriken achieved their yearly goal in just shy of one quarter.
Worked at Cryptzone between 2005 - 2013. Started in web development and advanced to Online Marketing Manager. Responsible for all outward-facing marketing efforts that touched "Online" which, at the end of my time there, measured some 50 servers.
